Update: we find the source and it’s actually a meaningful art with pretty sad story – http://www.repubblica.it/cronaca/2014/11/21/foto/eternit_la_provocazione_dello_street_artist_anche_snoopy_ucciso_dall_amianto-101128744/1/

Translated from Italian:

Here’s what’s left of poor Snoopy, his skeleton lying on the crumbling asbestos roof of his bed. He too was killed by Eternit. The sculpture, created by the Rimini street artist Eron, in collaboration with Federica Gif, is much more than a provocation. It is a blade that breaks through our securities. And, like the asbestos flecks that looked like soft snow, it shatters the certainty of everyday affection. For this reason, Eron chooses as a symbol victim the dog that is tender and sagacious, a friend and companion of entire generations. The sculpture, entitled ‘Eternit … Eternal Life’, is a work of 2007 but its message is always tremendously current. Especially after the ruling by the Court of Cassation which acquitted the Swiss entrepreneur Stephan Schmidhein, sentenced by the Court of Appeal of Turin, to 18 years of imprisonment for an offense. ‘Eternit … eternal life’ was exhibited for the first time in 2011 at the Villa Franceschi Contemporary Art Gallery in Riccione and at Ecomondo 2012. In these days many are re-sharing it on social networks in solidarity with relatives and victims of an environmental disaster still unpunished(edited by Matteo Marini)’Eternity … Eternal Life’ Courtesy © ERON www.eron.it
