Deep purple is a highly spiritual and mysterious color–it makes perfect sense that this the hue that predominates in the artwork of Phazed. Trippy and ultra-colorful: that’s the name of the game when it comes to this artist’s work. Take a scroll through his Instagram and expect to find the unexpected, a combo of surreal and cartoonish styles.
3) Andy Dixon
Opulent, sensual, and richly-colored paintings are Andy Dixon’s specialty. The unreal colors in Dixon’s work are like a feast for the eyes.
4) Dennis McNett
Here’s a totally different medium, if you’re tired of paintings. McNett makes ornate, incredibly detailed prints and wood carvings. They’re completely mesmerizing.
5) Steve Harrington
Love illustration, fashion, design? Harrington has done it all, including designing sportswear for Nike.
6) Sema Graham
This Chicago-based artist creates truly incredible works of art, and what’s more, she literally does so on the human body. That’s right: she’s a tattoo artist.
